by proceeding with the request, you accept the artist's TERMS AND CONDITIONS:✭ i will only draw in MY style. i retain the right to decline any commission that i am uncomfortable to work on.
✭ the client MUST provide the artist clear and precise references and descriptions as requested.
✭ 50% up-front fee must be paid prior to starting the commission. ownership of the commissioned artwork will only be passed to the client once the artist has received the payment in full.
✭ maintain open-line communication with the artist to ensure that the commission progresses through the right direction.
✭ the artist is lenient with revisions so long as it's reasonable. however, major revisions after sketch phase may not be possible anymore, so please be precise and upright with your instructions beforehand.
✭ finished commissioned artwork will be sent through Gmail or Google Drive, both in .png and .jpeg format.
✭ i retain the rights to showcase the commissioned artwork on my portfolio or use it for promotional purposes, unless client wishes against it for acceptable reasons.
✭ the client is entitled to use the commissioned artwork however they desire as long as it's for personal and non-commercial purpose only.
✭ the client, however paid and for whatever purpose, cannot claim the artwork as theirs and is encouraged to give the artist proper credits.
